What We Believe

  Purpose:

The purpose of the body of believers of Little River Baptist Church shall be

• to provide regular opportunities for public worship
• to sustain the ordinances, doctrines and ethics set forth in the New Testament for the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ
• to nurture its members through a program of Christian Education
• to channel its offerings to the support of objects of the Gospel of the Revelation of God through Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• to carry out the Great Commission as recorded in Matthew 20:19-20.

Mission Statement:

Joining our hearts in unity, we exist to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to all, seeking to build relationships, while teaching and sharing the love and forgiveness of God to glorify His name.

Little River Baptist Church adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in June 2000.
